My hair is kinda like yours. Well anyway follow this.
1. Wash hair.
2. Let it air dry
3.Shake out the water.
4.Rumple it. Pump it up with a comb or brush. (which ever you prefer)
5. Walla! You have shakira look-a-like hair.
