The only Shakira song recorded with rapping was “Hips Don’t Lie.” You might be thinking of a fan-made remix on Youtube or something?
If your thinking of an english song I would think it’s Hips Don’t Lie but if it’s a spanish one I would think its Un Poco De Amor.
