I think it’s kinda about a girl who’s a good girl in the daytime, but then she like shows her true self at night.
It’s not a bitch and it’s not a vagina. It’s her inner “sexy beast” that wants to escape. Her “character” in the song feels unappreciated by the boyfriend/fiance/whatever and she is saying that if she can’t be the “she wolf” with him, she will go let it “come out” with somebody else.
